As a concession to this classification, the building construction type is required to be determined based on the most restrictive occupancy requirements. As part of the non-separated use provisions, the building is also subject to the most restrictive fire protection systems requirements of the occupancies found within the facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

One below-grade parking level, thirteen podium levels consisting of the main building entrance level, parking levels, a shopping center, restaurants, ballrooms, and swimming pools. Four hotel and residential towers above the podium that extend between the fourteenth and the twenty sixth level. Adjacent north and south towers connect between the twenty seventh level and the roof level.
